Each of theTB200/400/600 Gate Closers is an economic and reliable automatic gate closer for use on commercial or residential gates. Unlike normal closing springs, the TB Series do not slam gates shut; rather it firmly pushes the gate closed, making it ideal for use with Lockey® security locks and other latching devices. The closing speed is pre-set to provide a controlled close of approximately 6 seconds, depending on the weight of the gate and quality of the hinges. With this closer there is no risk of maladjustment or tampering with the speed adjustment after the closer is fitted. As with most gate closers, it is advisable to install a mechanical stop to restrict the gate opening angle to avoid damage to the closer.
